Open Position: PT LPN – Weekend Days
Schedule: Every Other Sat & Sun | 8-Hour Day Shifts

Your Role Will Include:
Delivering patient care & assessing progress
Charting results & developing nursing plans
Administering medications within scope & regulations
Supporting treatment plans & performing emergency interventions
