JOB SUMMARY
The Ambulatory Pre Op/Post Op RN is responsible for providing care to patients before and after surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. Experience in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is considered qualifying for this role. This is a critical need position within an ambulatory care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-operative patient care, including assessments and preparation.
- Deliver post-operative care, monitoring patient recovery and managing pain.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period.
- Collaborate with the surgical and medical team.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Pre Op/Post Op care
- PACU experience will qualify
