Location: South Haven
Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Our facility specializes in providing skilled nursing care to children and adults with special mental and physical needs. We seek a compassionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team.
Shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts, full‑time position, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Compensation- $44.00/hr to $45.00/hr (based on skills and years of experience)

- Graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Professional Nurse's license in the state of employment.
- Working knowledge of general and geriatric nursing.
- Qualified to assume a supervisory position by training and/or previous experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
- Ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.
- Willingness to supervise and work harmoniously with professional and non‑professional personnel.
- Read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
- Physically and mentally capable of performing routine job duties.
- Excellence in all aspects of quality nursing, including exceptional and sub‑acute care.
- Good managerial, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities that motivate and direct the nursing staff.
- Personable with residents, families, and staff in a professional and cooperative manner.
- Compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the elderly.
