Position: RN Supervisor for Pediatric and Adult Care Setting
Location: South Haven

Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Our facility specializes in providing skilled nursing care to children and adults with special mental and physical needs. We seek a compassionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team.

Shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts, full‑time position, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Compensation
  • $44.00/hr to $45.00/hr (based on skills and years of experience)

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Professional Nurse's license in the state of employment.
  • Working knowledge of general and geriatric nursing.
  • Qualified to assume a supervisory position by training and/or previous experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.
  • Willingness to supervise and work harmoniously with professional and non‑professional personnel.
  • Read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Physically and mentally capable of performing routine job duties.
  • Excellence in all aspects of quality nursing, including exceptional and sub‑acute care.
  • Good managerial, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities that motivate and direct the nursing staff.
  • Personable with residents, families, and staff in a professional and cooperative manner.
  • Compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the elderly.
