Family Nurse Practitioner - Up To $4,000 Relocation Assistance Overview
Provider will deliver high‑quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. This role requires a team‑oriented approach, flexibility to adapt to new technologies and protocols, and the ability to respond accurately to changing patient conditions. Excellent patient service is expected within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality care in clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in patient care behaviors, ensuring quality professional services.
- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation‑specific questions for accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate completion of patient charts and data management.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols per CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patient data to develop diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostics and therapeutic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, HIPAA, and health information management.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment, in both clinic and virtual settings.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; educate patients.
- Attest to clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory monthly meetings.
- Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to company core values.
- Recommend process improvements in clinic and telehealth leadership.
- Support new employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain a respectful culture and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients via virtual channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Level 1:
New Grad – Up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner; MSN required. - Level 2:
Experienced – Over 1 year and less than 5 years of NP experience. - Level 3:
Mid‑Level – Over 5 years and less than 10 years of NP experience. - Level 4:
Senior – Over 10 years of NP experience.
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
Current License or CertificationActive license and DEA registration are required. Licensure must be in good standing and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DOT certification is required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment and must be maintained during employment.
