• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Transfer of compact license to state of residence within 90 days, if applicable
• Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire)
• Current TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Preferable six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
