Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined.
- Lead clinic staff (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description, including discussing and reviewing patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, and asking situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership, escalating concerns to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of issues.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information.
- Operate in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA and all health information management issues.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings, pursuing the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion for proper follow‑up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; responsibly prescribe medications; educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training.

- Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care within the clinic and for telehealth leadership.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes.
- Assist new employees with training activities and supervised shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Comply with Company standards of operations, promote a respectful culture of confidentiality, and consult with patients through virtual communication channels.

- PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees are required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
