Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet targeted patient volume goals.
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitudes (e.g., X‑ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure strong patient care.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, and cost.
  • Ensure activities are consistent with department expectations and comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Pursue the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training.
  • Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience and care.
  • Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities.
Working Hours

PRN employees are required to work a minimum of four shifts per month. Full‑time employees are required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.

Additional Requirements
  • On‑call periodically throughout the year (ancillary providers).
  • Eligibility levels:
    • Level 1 – New Graduate with up to 1 year of experience
    • Level 2 – 1–5 years
    • Level 3 – 5–10 years
    • Level 4 – over 10 years
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice.
  • Active license and DEA registration in good standing; DOT certification required for FT/PT providers within 120 days of employment.
  • Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
Licensure & Certification

Active nurse practitioner license and DEA, with DOT certification for full‑time or part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Certification must remain in good standing throughout employment.
