Qualifications and

Experience:

• Unrestricted RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in Interventional Radiology, critical care, or procedural nursing strongly preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Exceptional assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Comfort with a fast-paced setting and advanced medical technology
• Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for IR procedures, including assessment, IV initiation, monitoring, and patient education
• Assist radiologists and other clinicians during interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
• Monitor patients' vital signs, sedation levels, and overall status before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold rigorous infection control practices
• Provide post-procedure instructions and support for patients and their families
