Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Kendallville Manor – Kendallville, IN
Kendallville Manor is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Kendallville, IN.
The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
Available Shift- Full Time 6:00 AM– 6:00 PM
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
- Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while ensuring resident dignity and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
