• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Direct, support, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants
• Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility policy
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
• Ensure medication administration complies with all policies and procedures
• Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
