Location: Versailles
Silver Memories Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC / MDS Coordinator) for a part-time role in Versailles, IN. This position is designed for an MDS professional who values flexibility while ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
The RNAC will conduct resident assessments, complete MDS documentation, and collaborate with the care team. Ideal candidates will have an RN or LPN license in Indiana along with MDS experience. Additional full-time responsibilities may include Infection Prevention and Wound Nurse duties.
