Skills needed include a supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.

Requirements include a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana, ability to perform physical tasks, and a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
