• Part-time Dayshift and Full-time evening shift.
• Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure.
• Strong LPN skills required.
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings.
• Administers medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
• Maintains confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations.
• Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff.

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of PA.
• Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
  Nursing: 1 year.
• Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): LPN.
