Overview
Launch your nursing career in acute care nephrology. As a new graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide life‑saving dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end‑stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast‑paced, collaborative role involves direct work with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.

What You’ll Do- Deliver Specialized Care: Provide inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis (training provided).
- Collaborate: Work closely with hospital teams, physicians, and DaVita clinical staff to advocate for patients.
- Think Critically: Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real‑time, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Lead: Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Grow: Adapt and thrive in a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are identical.
- Comprehensive Paid Training: No dialysis or prior nursing experience required; robust, paid training is provided.
- Variety and Flexibility: Work in multiple hospital units and rotate between facilities to broaden exposure.
- Dynamic Scheduling: Includes regular and on‑call shifts, weekends, and holidays; schedules adapt to patient needs.
- Current RN license in the state of practice (or upcoming NCLEX test date)
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Strong desire to learn and build a career in a specialized acute care setting
- Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
