We have a rewarding opportunity available on our Medical ICU at University Hospital. Our nurses in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) specialize in providing highly skilled, complex care to patients with a wide array of medical conditions. The MICU is a fast‑paced unit that engages critical thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This position currently qualifies for a new hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. Details about this differential will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
- Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Exceptional candidates with more than two years of acute care experience and who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered; such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
