Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Shift: 12-hour day shifts Saturdays & Sundays - PRN

• 2 years of in‑home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to personal safety and creating a safe environment for clients
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements

• Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands‑on CPR certification and TB test
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have STNA license to practice in Ohio (if applicable)

At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient’s home, allowing you more time one‑on‑one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
