Position Summary

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday, and nights Sunday‑Thursday 8:00 pm – 6:00 am.

Cerebral palsy, respiratory issues, full assist. Hoyer and overhead lift in home. G‑tube, feeds, bathing, dressing, medication distribution. Non‑verbal.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);

• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
