Primary role is:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients within the inpatient setting.
Hours:
- Full time
- 40 hours per week
- M-F 7:00am - 4pm
Essential
Job Duties:
- Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
- Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
- Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
- Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program
- Must have Indiana RN license.
- Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license or be eligible for licenses.
- AANP, ANCC or PA certification
