Registered Nurse; RN

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, where you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, resident‑centered care. As an RN with Signature HealthCARE, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients in a long‑term care and post‑acute setting, focusing on safety, dignity, and individualized care plans.

You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate proactively with physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.

In this role, you will coordinate and supervise aspects of daily clinical care, including overseeing nursing assistants and other support staff to ensure that all residents receive timely, compassionate, and appropriate services. You will document accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR), following all state, federal, and facility guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance will help maintain a safe environment, support quality improvement initiatives, and uphold Signature HealthCARE’s high standards of clinical excellence.

You will educate residents and their families about care plans, medications, and ongoing health needs, helping them make informed decisions and feel supported throughout their care journey. In collaboration with therapists, social workers, physicians, and other team members, you will contribute to discharge planning, rehabilitation goals, and long‑term wellness strategies, always prioritizing comfort, respect, and resident choice.
