Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year

Senior level position responsible for instructing students in assigned courses, on‑campus labs, and clinical areas according to the course plan. Additional responsibilities include producing ancillary materials to improve NCLEX results for PN and ADN programs, and assisting campus faculty with HESI data analysis and early identification of at‑risk students. Core competencies include student success strategies, nursing program course implementation, and advocacy for program improvement.

• Instruct students in assigned courses, labs, and clinical settings.
• Create and provide ancillary materials to support NCLEX proficiency.
• Assist faculty in analyzing HESI data and identifying at‑risk students.
• Apply student success strategies and support NCLEX preparation.

• MSN degree from an accredited school.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of teaching experience at the college level (preferred).
• Strong understanding of student success strategies and NCLEX preparation.
• Active, unrestricted RN license.

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Day Shift.
