Location: Huntersville
Suburban Home Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in Indiana. You will manage wound care, medication administration, infusion therapy, and patient education, delivering care one-on-one in the patient’s home.
You will work under an RN, participate in on-call duties for the assigned territory, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, age-appropriate care.
