Nursing Program Instructor/Professor

Indianapolis, IN, United States – on campus at Carmel, IN (Hybrid)

Direct Hire – Permanent, Full‑time (40 hours per week)

Hybrid: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (4 days in‑person, 1 day remote)

Salary: $80,000 – $89,000 per year, with sign‑on bonus.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least 2 years of full‑time clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Unrestricted nursing license in Indiana
• Education in adult learning or teaching principles (preferred)

• Pediatrics
• Maternal, Infant, and Labor & Delivery
• Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Women’s Health, OB/GYN

• Teach in classroom and clinical settings, including lab and preceptorship
• Manage classroom, use educational technology, submit grades, and maintain student records
• Mentor, tutor, and advise students to support their academic success
• Provide on‑ground teaching (lab/clinical) responsibilities as part of the program
