Indiana Fertility Institute (IFI) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Coordinator

We seek a nurse who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process and will be effectively involved in maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

We are offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for this position!

Hours: Days, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

• Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results.
• Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation.
• Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
• Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post‑operative care.
• Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate case management and schedule treatments.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RN licensure with one year experience, preferably in fertility or specialized care.
• Phlebotomy experience, one year.
• Ultrasonography experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA compliance.
• Understanding of basic reproductive physiology.
• Knowledge of examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive conditions.
