Full-Time | NOC Shift

Are you a compassionate and dependable CNA who shines on the night shift? Rock Creek Care Center is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our supportive, team-oriented community in beautiful Auburn, CA.

Must hold an active CNA certification in the state of California and be in good standing.

Here, you’ll make a real difference by providing comfort, care, and dignity to our residents while working alongside a collaborative nursing team.

• Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and comfort needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care efforts
• Helping residents prepare for meals, activities, and restful sleep
• Creating a calm, caring environment that promotes safety and respect
