Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. The role provides holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients under DON supervision, with a focus on safety and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Night shifts are 7:00 pm to 7:30 am on a 3 nights/12-hour schedule. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree and an active RN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain
