American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) position at an Advanced Heart Care facility in Indianapolis, IN, requiring cardiac progressive care experience and an Indiana or compact RN license.

• Work in a 48-bed Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) in a Joint Commission Certified Advanced Heart Failure program
• Patient population includes Heart Failure, ACS/AMI, STEMI, post-cath, cardiac arrhythmias, pacemaker/defibrillator placement, pre-surgical (VAD, transplant, CABG), pulmonary HTN, and cardiac drips
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 on both days and nights
• Day shift: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract

• Active Indiana RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (both must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Progressive cardiac care or PCU experience strongly applicable to this role
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration

• Provide nursing care to a highly acute cardiac progressive patient population in a fast-paced, specialized environment
