As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers to provide exceptional resident care and services. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and directing the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services

• Coordinating daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and medication management

• Conducting regular rounds to assess resident care and provide feedback to caregivers

• Communicating with residents, families, and physicians to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and medication sheets

• Current nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
