RN - Telemetry

20 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time! All requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are non-negotiable and no exceptions will be made. Night shift, 3
-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am. Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/TeleMUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission.

Charge RN refs accepted! ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Qualifications:

18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required). Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission. One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.

References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications need to be active and in hand at time of submission will not accept anything pending. Locals accepted at same BRPBDS Assessment is waived. Facility does not accept any license hits. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start.

Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. BCI/FBI prints are time sensitive - must completed within 48 hours of signing contract. Extensions:
Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months. A 6-month break is required before returning, unless approved by the client. Reach out to the AM if client approval is needed. Modules: 4 hours of modules are billable, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. Average 6-15 hours of modules. Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and time needed varies by specialty.

Annual modules are billable for up to 4 hours; this only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and applies to travelers who have been on contract for a continuous year. Does not apply to one-off competencies. Modules are recorded via Silkroad.
