• Oversee daily medical operations for correctional facility patients
• Coordinate nursing care, provider schedules, and referrals
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and medication administration
• Ensure compliance with correctional healthcare regulations and policies
• Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering teamwork and safety
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with custody staff to support a safe clinical environment
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training initiatives
