Anew Hospice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Indianapolis North Side team. This role supports end-of-life care by following the plan of care under RN supervision, performing treatments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The LPN will provide direct patient care, document services accurately, and educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans, contributing to compassionate, high-quality hospice services.
