Location: Indianapolis
Lake House Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care per the client’s plan of care, including health assessments, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, and coordination of services. Two years of LPN experience and a valid LPN license are required, with at least two years in assisted living or a nursing home.
Shifts are 12 hours, with every other weekend, and a $1,000 bonus is offered.
