Sycamore Care Strategies is seeking a Licensed Nurse, LPN or RN to join our team at our Dementia facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home setting and possess acurrent LPN or RN license. This is a full-time position with rotatingweekends.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signsand medical information
• Collaborate with physicians andother healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license or RN License
• Experience working in a nursing home setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team
