• Competitive Pay – $36/hr
• Sign on Bonus- $900 bonus: Paid out Monthly ($100) for RNs who are following proper attendance policy.
• Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance
  - Currently Seeking M-F RN 8am- 3pm
• Duration: Looking for an RN who would be able to staff from Aug. 31st
  - October 9th, with possibility of extension to full school year.

As a School Nurse (RN), you will:

• Provide direct care to students for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and school policies
• Monitor and manage student health records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Develop and implement care plans for students with medical needs
• Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics, including disease prevention, hygiene, and wellness
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary
• Collaborate with school staff and community health resources to support students' well-being

A few must-haves for School Nurses:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric, school health, or community health nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently
• Compassionate communicator who values collaboration with students, staff, and families
