Operating Room RN – Indianapolis, IN. The RN will be part of a professional care team responsible for circulating and scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. The role includes collaborating with all team members to provide compassionate care, adhering to AORN guidelines and perioperative nursing standards.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited nursing school, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal communication skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
• Self‑directed, motivated, and able to take direction while maintaining a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
