• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.
• Provide in‑home care to patients.
• Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.
• Perform assigned tasks ordered, including administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient’s overall health.
• Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.
• Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education as required.

• Licensed and registered.
• CPR certified.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit‑to‑work physical, and be free of communicable diseases.
