• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Direct, support, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants.
• Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure medication administration complies with all policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily rounds and make priority‑based decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
