Redcrest Hospice in Indianapolis is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to guide patients and families through end-of-life care with compassionate, evidence-based approaches. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure symptom control and adherence to the plan of care.
The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license, has at least one year of RN experience (hospice preferred), and possesses a valid driver's license.
