BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight 1:1 home care in Valparaiso and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career.

Base hourly rate + night shift differential | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling | No Weekend Requirement

Focus on One Client
Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care in the comfort of your client's home. Instead of caring for multiple patients at once, you'll have the opportunity to focus your attention on one client throughout your shift and build a meaningful relationship with them and their family.

Competitive Pay + Weekly Pay
Earn $35–$38/hour and get paid weekly.

Flexible Scheduling
Choose from full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities (minimum 4 shifts/month for PRN), with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour overnight shifts available.

No Weekend Requirement
Enjoy the consistency of an overnight schedule without a required weekend commitment.

We have clients throughout Valparaiso and surrounding communities, giving you opportunities to find assignments that fit your location, experience, and preferences.
