Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a 38-bed Level III NICU caring for premature and term neonates. This full-time role features rotating days (8–10 hour shifts) and will transition to 24-hour shifts, with 100% inpatient care.
The team includes 4 physicians and 10 APPs. Open to new graduates with NICU experience; level 3–4 NICU experience preferred; delivery room experience preferred.
