, lead patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and address patient concerns to deliver exceptional, personalized care
. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments for coordinated care, serve as a resource for staff, and celebrate patient milestones.
- Valid RN licensure as per state requirements
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Compassion and excellent communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively
