Location: Indianapolis

Licensed Practical Nurse – Indianapolis, Indiana

Local Pay: $43.00/hour- W2

Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours):
Hourly $18.11, Stipend (Lodging $714.00 + M&I $315.00) = $1,029.00,

Total Comp: $1,680.96

Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

  • Days (07:00 to 19:30)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.

  • Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.

  • Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.

  • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.

  • Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedIN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a LPN.

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
