Communi Care Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN CNA/QMA Instructor for Indian Creek Healthcare Center. If you want to share your nursing knowledge and abilities to help us build the most skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team in the State of West Virginia, then we are looking for YOU!
This is a full time position in a great, team atmosphere!
Working Monday-Friday, and will only have a holiday on call rotation.

Do you have what it takes to be our RN CNA Instructor?
Qualifications & Experience Requirements- Must possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
As RN CNA Instructor, you will:
- Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing and maintain all required documentation.
- Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides and maintain resource library
- Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA's
- Participate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program.
- Conduct/coordinate skills testing.
