Location: Delphi
Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the DON/ADON and oversee evening nursing functions at our Delphi campus. You will supervise resident care, assist with documentation in Matrix Care, and help maintain survey readiness and a welcoming campus environment.
The role requires an active LPN or RN license and CPR certification, with evening 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday and on-call rotation.
