* The RN Emergency Response Team (ERT) role supports departments that do not typically operate 24/7 and require rapid-response clinical coverage for emergency procedures or urgent patient care situations. Associates must be able to report to the facility and clock in within 30 minutes of being called.

Bremen Surgery - Unit Summary

• Small community hospital with a diverse surgical case mix, including orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, endoscopy, and obstetrics
• Provides patient-centered, individualized care in a close-knit surgical environment
• RNs manage patient care across the full perioperative continuum: pre-op, intra-op, and post-op

What You’llDo

As aRegistered Nurse,you’llreport to the Director or Manager to provide professional nursing services in the area of assignment, assess the needs of patients and initiates, and implement and evaluate individualized plans of care. You will collaborate with other professional, clinical, and ancillary staff in providing compassionate and quality care to patients.
