/ Full Time At Via Quest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions we offer unique and individualized care to the aging population, those with developmental disabilities and those suffering from extreme trauma. Our clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.
Responsibilities may include:- Performing face to face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages including children, adolescents and adults.
- Maintaining current patient records in order to clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals and changes as they occur.
- Instructing client caregivers.
- Managing client medications.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- PMHNP license required.
- Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
- Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work with a variety of ages including children/adolescents.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
