Role:
Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility.
Responsibilities- Deliver resident-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and communicate effectively with residents' families.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold residents' dignity and quality of life.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to resident well-being.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to support a faith-based, mission-driven culture with a focus on dignity and quality of life.
