DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department night shift position requiring BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Details- Night shift, 19:00-07:30, 13-week assignment
- Every other weekend requirement
- Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- TNCC and NIH Stroke Certification preferred
- Ascension Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training preferred
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Serve as primary coordinator across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Radius rule applies which may reduce pay rate for local candidates
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer‑paid taxes and related costs.
