We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This position is referral eligible and eligible for relocation incentive.

M-F 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, or 9am-5:30pm

1 weekend day per six weeks 6am-6pm

The Hem/Onc Infusion-Bone Marrow department cares for oncology patients who have undergone stem cell transplants and require specialized, ongoing support throughout their recovery. Nurses in this area provide a blend of clinic‑based patient care and infusion services, allowing for strong continuity and meaningful patient relationships. Infusions on this unit include a range of therapies such as magnesium, potassium, blood products, chemotherapy, and other supportive or immunotherapy treatments.

This unit offers RNs the opportunity to develop advanced oncology and infusion skills while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver highly personalized, life‑changing care.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Education:
  
  The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions:
  Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
