This travel Registered Nurse opportunity is ideal for a flexible, patient-focused Med/Surg RN who thrives in a fast-paced Indianapolis healthcare environment. You’ll support post-operative surgical patients and medical overflow patients while working a consistent night-shift schedule on a team that values communication, teamwork, and time management.

• Schedule: Rotating days with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
• Call: No call required
• Float: May float to similar Med/Surg units based on rotation and unit needs
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,890

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or post-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Experience with drains strongly preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and advocate for patients

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to post-surgical and overflow medical patients
• Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Manage routine Med/Surg nursing responsibilities in a night-shift environment
• Support patients recovering from general surgery and bariatric procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care
• Follow unit protocols and contribute to a positive, patient-centered atmosphere
