We are seeking a confident
Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant
to join our Indianapolis
Cardiology
team! This position will focus on preventative cardiology and the management of general cardiology patients.

Full-time
Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- Will consider 4–10-hour shifts if needed
No call or weekends
No procedures
Adult general cardiology patients aged 17 through end of life

Key Responsibilities:

Position will have focus on preventative cardiology and involve management of general cardiology patients including initiation/titration of guideline directed medical therapy.
Hospital Follow-Up appointments

Qualifications:

Master's Degree Required
ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certifications required
Experience preferred
If new graduate, must have ICU/PCU nursing experience or extensive ICU or cardiology experience during clinical rotations

With 1,000 beds, IU Health Methodist Hospital is a large tertiary referral center with over 130 ICU beds. It serves as the largest trauma center in Indianapolis, as well as a highly subspecialized center for cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, lung transplantation, and neurocritical care.

IU Health is building a new downtown hospital and campus, which will consolidate operations of the adjacent IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals. Construction for the new hospital is well underway and set to open in late 2027. It will feature three 16-story towers with 864 beds. IU School of Medicine is also constructing a medical education and research building directly east of the new hospital.
